Complaints
We take a proactive attitude in dealing with issues and complaints with any of our members. Any issues are usually rectified immediately.
However, if you wish to take your complaint further, you will need to do so in writing.
Complaints forms can be download from our download section.
All complaints will need to be filled out and sent to the committee, who will then assess the decision and reply in writing.
