Practice session are currently held at the NIA (directions below) every Friday, unless otherwise stated on the homepage. Current NIA schedule is as follows:
NOTE - The above prices are for members only. Non-members will incur an additional charge of £1 per sport played. To become a members, please download an application form from the downloads section and pay the membership amount to any committee member.
